Other Origin Natural Rubber Grade Specifications

Mead Lee supplies natural rubber in compliance with the Technically Specified Rubber (TSR) grading system, ensuring consistent quality through standardized laboratory testing and uniform packaging in 33 1/3 kg or 35 kg bales with polyethylene wrapping. Products are palletized in 36 bales per unit with standard pallet weights of 1200 kg or 1260 kg.

Available grades include TSR CV, TSR L, TSR 5, TSR 10, and TSR 20.

National standards aligned with TSR include SIR (Indonesia), SMR (Malaysia), STR (Thailand), and SVR (Vietnam).

Mead Lee sources from Sri Lanka and selected international producers, providing reliable specifications tailored to industrial and manufacturing applications.i

(SVR 5,SMR 5, STR 5)
Technically Specified Rubber TSR 20
(SVR 20, SMR 20, STR 20)

TSR 10 is a technically specified rubber grade evaluated using strict parameters such as dirt, ash, nitrogen, volatile matter, PO, and PRI. National standards follow ISO guidelines, including STR (Thailand), SIR (Indonesia), and SMR (Malaysia). With consistent quality and controlled production, TSR 10 provides reliable performance and compares closely with RSS-3, while delivering distinct benefits over conventional RSS grades.

TSR 20 is graded according to precise technical parameters including dirt, ash, nitrogen, volatile matter, PO, and PRI. ISO-aligned national standards include STR (Thailand), SIR (Indonesia), and SMR (Malaysia). With controlled production and stable quality, TSR 20 provides reliable performance across diverse industrial applications..

TSR 5, or Technically Specified Rubber 5, is a premium block rubber produced by processing solid natural rubber through crushing, cleaning, and drying stages. Only a limited number of manufacturers worldwide produce this grade, resulting in a narrow supply base for end use.

TSR CV40
TSR CV50

Technically Specified Rubber CV 50 (TSR CV 50) is produced from premium field latex and processed to maintain a tightly controlled viscosity range. This gives the rubber a naturally softer profile than standard grades, offering enhanced performance and flexibility across a wide range of industrial applications.

TSR CV 60 (Technically Specified Rubber with Controlled Viscosity) is made from premium field latex and produced through a precise, controlled process. This ensures the rubber’s viscosity is stabilized within a narrow, defined range, giving it a softer consistency than conventional grades. The manufacturing process preserves the rubber’s key properties, delivering consistent quality that meets strict technical standards.

TSR CV60

TSR CV 40 (Technically Specified Rubber with Controlled Viscosity) is a natural rubber grade produced with a controlled Mooney viscosity of approximately 40 ± 5 units, ensuring a consistent and stable flow behavior throughout processing. It is manufactured with viscosity stabilization practices that manage storage hardening and reduce variation between production batches, making it easier to mix and process than non‑CV grades.

TSR L

Contrasting with other latex grades like TSR 50 and TSR 60, which are classified based on the Mooney Viscosity scale, TSR L undergoes classification via the Lovibond scale, specifically distinguishing itself with its lightest coloration among the TSR categories. This distinctive characteristic underscores its applicability in specialized fields that demand such unique attributes..

Liquid Latex with 60% Dry Rubber Content is availabe(High Amonia or Low Amonia) from oall origins. Available in three forms namely LA (Low Ammonia), MA (Medium Ammonia) , HA (High Ammonia). Country of Origin from Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar and Cambodia.

R.S.S. 1 - R.S.S.3 rubber sheets are available from other origins such as Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Cambodia and Myanmar.

ADS (Air Dried Sheets)

Air Dried Sheets (ADS) are produced from selected fresh coagula of natural liquid latex under condition where all processes are carefully and uniformly controlled– as our Air Dry Sheet “ADS” Consistent quality control in the production line and at the finished goods area, as well as our laboratory's quality test results (especially for Colour Lovibond Scale not above 6), also ensures that every bale delivered will meet the required standards.
